MAKE SURE ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT, as there will be no refunds on misspellings on the customers end. If you have a graphic or a logo then just email us a high-resolution SVG, JPEG, or PNG and we will do the rest. We cannot except PDF files at this time. Depending on the size of the order depends on processing time, but we will keep you up to date on where your order is. Generally, on big orders it would possibly take us 3-5 days to process.
